This is an intensive 14-day program. The daily time commitment varies from 15 to 50 minutes, depending on the specific plan for each day. On longer days, the practice can be divided into several shorter sessions — morning, daytime, and evening.
As long as you complete everything outlined in the daily plan within the day, that is sufficient.
Although the program is structured day by day, all content is available from the start. You can review what is coming next and adjust your schedule accordingly.
Please note that these 14 days are focused on learning, practicing, and mastering the techniques. Once you understand what your face and body need and feel confident with the methods, it becomes maintenance. At that stage, you may practice 2–4 times per week, or continue at a higher frequency if you prefer.
